A case of primary hyperparathyroidism presenting with acute pancreatitis

A 42 year old male patient was admitted to the gastroenterology unit in due to severe abdominal pain and vomiting. He denied any chronic illness and drug usage. His family history was nonsignificant for any endocrine disease.
